Ryan Phillippe truly is happy for Reese Witherspoon. Not just because he’s mature and she’s the mother of his children. But also because the actor is doing fairly well for himself in the love department: Phillippe was spotted out with Amanda Seyfried this week in Mexico. According to New York Post sources, the couple was spotted dining at a restaurant in Tulum and “they were kissing all throughout dinner. It was a small, hole-in-the-wall restaurant.”
