Lee DeWyze may have won American Idol last night, but Bret Michaels stole the show. The recovering rocker appeared on stage with Casey James and sang a duet of his classic, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.” Despite recent health problems, Bret looked right at home in front of the thousands in attendance.
