NEW ORLEANS (AP) — New Orleans Saints quarterback and Super Bowl MVP Drew Brees has another appointment with his public Sunday evening. Brees follows celebrities ranging from Val Kilmer to Hulk Hogan at the monarch of Bacchus, one of Carnival’s most glitzy parades.
