Floyd Mayweather is voicing his disagreement with Diddy’s recent statement that Rick Ross is capable of becoming the next Biggie Smalls. “I hear lately that Puff Daddy has been saying Rick Ross is the next Biggie Smalls. That’s not true,” Mayweather said in an interview.
