Though it’s not the sort of thing she talks about in interviews, it’s pretty much common knowledge that Kim Kardashian has had plastic surgery . Some say the reality star has simply indulged in the usual Botox and fillers so common in Hollywood, while others claim Kim has butt implants to thank for her famous backside. Whatever the case, it’s widely agreed that Kim looks very different now than when she first stepped on the scene as Paris Hilton’s BFF roughly a decade ago.
