Second from the left, Kourtney has her arms raised and a big smile on her face while donning a bikini, one that clearly exposes a growing midsection. Kardashian is yet to make a formal baby announcement. But multiple outlets confirmed the news last month and this Keeping Up with the Kardashians promo depicts Kourtney breaking the unexpected news to Scott.
