Attendees at the San Diego County Fair spent the weekend flooding social media sites with photos of the Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joe… and then dialing 911 to report their heart attacks, we’d have to imagine. The item – which seriously does exist – places Sloppy Joe meat between two halves of a Krispy Kreme Glazed donut . It is then wrapped in bacon and deep-fried and slid over a stick for easy eating. Other menu delicacies at the event included fried Kool-Aid balls and fried Klondike bars. We think we’re gonna be ill. Let’s all go ogle some Kate Upton photos to feel better.
