Girl got ticketed hard core in Venice! Residents of her new neighborhood have made their opposition to Lindsay clear. Thursday, a meter maid decided to send a message … or just do her job. ARE YOU KIDDING ME : Lohan cannot catch a break . No word if Lindsay whined that the police are out to get her or if she parked in a handicapped spot assuming she qualifies, being f*%ked up in the brain and all.
