Just as we were getting used to the new Justin Bieber haircut , Michelle Williams has come out and shocked us with a fresh look of her own. Also sort of making like Miley Cyrus , Williams debuted the ‘do last night at the Kate Young for Target Launch in New York City. Her blonde locks are clipped awfully short and a side-swept fringe either covers her face or is tossed to the side, depending on how she’s posing.
