The singer has randomly teamed up with Borgore, an Israeli dubstep producer, for the track “Decisions,” which is an electric dance number a bit out of Cyrus’ typical comfort zone. It’s actually hard to even make out Miley as the backup vocalist, though the artist Tweeted that she did, indeed, collaborate on the single.
