Things appear to be looking up for The Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes … because she just secured herself a bumper pay rise to continue on the reality hit. It was only a few days ago that we reported NeNe and Kim Zolciak would star in a new spin-off for Bravo. NeNe sure sounds like a smart business woman! “ NeNe absolutely hated Housewives this season. She hated almost all of the other women and wanted off the show entirely,” the source told Radar. “But she is the most valuable person in the entire franchise and Bravo was going to do whatever she wanted to keep her. So they offered her the spin-off, which she gladly took,” said the source, adding: “They want NeNe and so they offered her a HUGE raise. She already makes the most and now they’re giving her even more money per episode and her bonuses will be bigger too.” It just goes to show that money really can buy you happiness, since NeNe will be continuing with the show. She was paid $1.5 million last season, so we shudder to think what she she’s getting this time round, but it must be BIG if she’s sticking around.
