Cory Monteith has some stiff competition in Choice TV Actor winner Chace Crawford (see full list of Teen Choice Awards winners here) of Gossip Girl . Chace’s outfit was a far cry from the preppy Upper East Side clothes he dons on TV, but he looked laid back and cool in a button down and jeans.
