As far as we know, bringing Cuban cigars back to the states is still illegal. But after spotting Jay-Z and Beyoncé celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary in Havana, Cuba, aka “Cigar Capital of the World,” you best believe Hova is finagling a way to bring some of those fine cigars back home.
