It also adds Personal Hotspot functionality for GSM iPhone 4 models (ATT), which was originally introduced on the Verizon iPhone. The update is free and available in iTunes now, and it#39;s unclear when it will be available for Verizon#39;s iPhone 4, which still runs iOS 4.2.6.
