Here is Christina Milian celebrating her 31st birthday and even though she is approaching middle age, girl still has no problem showing off that sweet little figure in a form fitting dress. All I can say is BAM! I only wish we could have seen a shot from the behind! Once again, the Paps fail to do their jobs properly.
