A woman who called police to complain that neighbors were harassing her for having sex with a teen was arrested on charges she had sex with a 13-year-old, police said. Albany police said they were called by Arlayne Cheryl Curiel, 24, on Saturday because her neighbors were harassing her about having sex with a 13-year-old.
