Gabrielle Union has confirmed that the hacked photos are in fact real, and of her. She had sent the private photos to her husband Dwayne Wade, but they somehow got out all over the Internet. The couple released a joint statement to TMZ regarding the leak, and said that their legal team will be contacting the FBI.
