Police say Hiroko Kurihara, 46, left her 4-month-old child in a car for an hour and a half on Wednesday while she went to the gym. Norwalk police were called to a parking garage on the 770 block of Connecticut Ave on Wednesday around 12:20pm, after a passerby heard crying and found the infant in the back of the Toyota SUV with the windows rolled up.
