Jaime Pressly, 33, was driving in Santa Monica at about 11 p.m. when she was pulled over by police after allegedly committing a traffic violation, says TMZ.com, which first reported the arrest. Jaime Pressly, star of the 2005-09 NBC sitcom My Name is Earl and wife of entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, was arrested late Wednesday night on suspicion of drunk driving. Pressly was taken to a Santa Monica jail on suspicion of driving under the influence after police performed a field sobriety test.
