Another day, another reason to track HBO’ s comedy pilot Tilda . This time, Jason Patric has signed on to co-star in the project, which already stars Diane Keaton as the title character — a powerful Hollywood blogger — as well as Ellen Page, Wes Bentley , David Harbour and Leland Orser in supporting roles.
