I may not know a whole lot about some of the up and coming Hollywood starlets, but I know some weird looking boobs when I see them. Here’s Jessica Lowndes hosting a birthday party for herself with some cleavage that, while still hot , is a little strange looking. I don’t know if it’s the dress or the bra that’s doing this, but I hope she’s not just got some of those wonky boobies you read about in anatomy books.
