Here’s Katy Perry showing some skin at the Much Music Video Awards last night in a dress that looks like it could easily come undone. Unfortunately it didn’t, but we still get a good look at her hipster boobs so I’m not complaining. For the most part Katy annoys the crap out of me, but I have to hand it to her she steps it up for parties and award shows by dressing like a stripper or a pornstar.
