Jesus! Miley Cyrus is considered a pretty big celebrity right now, shouldn’t she have handlers or stylists who shouldn’t let this kind of thing happen? Yikes! Here she is out and about looking like a street kid with a heavy glue addiction. Not cool. Sure she’s got her short shorts hiked up as high as they can possibly go, but that hair has got to go. Seriously, hair extensions can fix this crap right up. I don’t like it.
