The opponents of Amendment 4 say the fight isn’t over. Ryan Houck, executive director for Vote No on 4, sent an e-mail blast this morning with promise of a March 1 announcement. The amendment, which was defeated on the Nov. 2 ballot, would have given voters a say in land use plan changes. Opponents of the measure spent nearly $16 million to defeat it.
