If you’ll recall, Nicki went in on the double-standards between when a white woman like Kim Kardashian shows off her curves versus when she proudly flaunts her body. Now, a new excerpt reveals that Nicki had some choice thoughts on Kanye marrying a white woman over a Black one as well…and how that reflects the way a lot of Black women feel about how desirable they are to successful Black men. “I’m so tired of black women feeling that when our men get rich, they’re going to leave them for a woman of a different race. It wasn’t funny when Kanye said [in Gold Digger], ‘When he get on, he’ll leave your a** for a white girl’, and Kanye happens to be with a white girl now. It wasn’t funny when he said it; it was the f***ing truth.” Well damn. Tell us how you really feel, Nicki. If you’ll recall, in the same interview, Nicki spoke about Sharon Osbourne and pointed out how the co-host of The Talk criticized her cover for her “Anaconda” art — in which she flaunted her fatty in a pink g-string — saying it looked like a “cheap porno cover of a DVD.” However, when Kim Kardashian posted her barely-censored naked selfie earlier this year, she sang its praises and even snapped her own version in support… “So it wasn’t trashy and raunchy when a white woman did it but it was when a black woman did it? When Kim Kardashian’s naked picture came out (Sharon Osbourne) praised it and my fans attacked her for being such a hypocrite. It’s quite pathetic and sad but that is my reality and I’ve gotten accustomed to just shutting it down.” It really looked like Nicki was feeling A WAY about Kimmy during this interview, huh? But not so fast! Nicki says her words were misconstrued a bit and she was in no way “slamming” Kanye — especially since he worked with her an helped put her on.
