Sevyn Streeter Sings National Anthem In “We Matter” Jersey Remember when Sevyn Streeter was barred from singing the National Anthem for the 76ers because she wore a Jersey that said “We Matter” in reference to BLM? Well, she finally got her chance to hit the hardwood and sing the anthem in the controversial jersey over the weekend. The 76ers apologized and rescheduled her performance and she was more than pleased with the outcome: “I’m really excited. I’m feeling great. I’m happy that we were able to turn an unfortunate situation into something positive. I’m singing the anthem tonight. I’m wearing my ‘We Matter’ jersey.
