World’s Biggest Rabbit

Darius the Continental Giant is the world’s biggest rabbit. It is 4 feet and 3 inches from the nose up to tail. The rabbit is just 12 months old, and still growing. According to Annette Edwards, Darius’ former breeder, the huge rabbit will obtain his full size after six months.  As of now, Darius eats 12 carrots, six apples and two cabbages a day, that’s a huge appetite.  Darius have already beaten Alice, the previous record holder for the world’s biggest rabbit. They weigh the same but Alice is 3 feet 3 inches, a foot shorter than Darius. Miss Edwards, 59, is the new breeder of Darius, she has bred four of the world’s biggest rabbits, they are all Continental Giants, and she take good care of them on her home in Worcester.
