In true Gaga fashion, her outfit definitely stood out. Gaga’s hair was the true centerpiece of the ensemble — which included a see-through black dress and sunglasses — with her blond locks (or a matching hairpiece) styled to resemble a wide-brim straw hat, similar to the oversize hats women wear to the Kentucky Derby.
