Riding public transportation in Philadelphia, there isn’t a day I don’t see people’s questionable parenting techniques. I understand how challenging it can be to want to discipline your child without hitting them, but also not ruin other passengers’ commute because your child wants to eat the cookie you’re trying to save until after dinner. It’s as frustrating as it is embarrassing when you’re trying to control a full on tantrum while avoiding the condescending looks of people who you know are thinking, “What that child needs is a good behind whooping.”….
