‘Scandal’ Season 3 Promo Pics Released The countdown is on and poppin’ for the season 3 premiere of ABC’s hit drama series “Scandal.” There’s been a few tidbits and even a teaser trailer released giving some insight as to what will go down on the first episode, and now promo pics of the entire casts have hit the web. The general “theme” of the promo shots seems to allude to some key players being left out in rain, while others appear to weather the storm. Guess we’ll have to wait until the October 5th premiere to find out for sure, but in the mean time, you can peep the pics and see if you can’t figure out what they mean on the flip.
