Nokia#39;s first-quarter profit came in at €349 million (US$465 million), up from €122 million a year ago, helped by cost cuts and increased smartphone sales. Revenue grew by 3 percent and totaled €9.5 billion. * Nokia mobile device volumes were 107.8 million units, up 16% year on year and down 15% sequentially (not unusual for Q1, which follows the holiday market).
