Kacie West, Miss Flathead Valley USA, was crowned Miss Montana USA 2013 on October 7, 2012 in Missoula. She will represent Montana in the Miss USA 2013 Pageant. Kacie West, 21, of Kalsispel was crowned Miss Montana 2010 on June 19, the pageant website announced. She will represent Montana at the Miss America 2011 pageant, Jan. 15 in Las Vegas.
