Here’s one of my favorite cuties Nina Dobrev at the launch of Claiborne Swanson Frank’s Young Hollywood. And while I have no clue what that is, I’m always happy to see Nina, especially when she’s wearing a nice tight dress like this. I’m pretty sure it’s even a little see-through, in which case, these pictures are probably best enjoyed with your face two inches from the screen.
