Yesterday, Miley Cyrus posted a braless picture of herself on Twitter and today she followed it up with another picture of herself in a see through dress. I’m not a fashion expert but shouldn’t she be wearing a white thong and not black booty panties under that? I’m just saying… Still very hot.
