The five-time Olympian crossed the line with a time of 1:01.64. Shiva Keshavan Crashes on Luge, Recovers The Indian athlete is competing under the Olympic flag because the Indian Olympic Association is barred from participating in the 2014 Winter Games. “If I cannot represent the country, at least I can represent the countrymen,” he recently told The Associated Press.
