David Arquette was involved a head-on collision this afternoon. He was injured and hospitalized but the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. He was in W. Hollywood when his car veered into oncoming traffic. David was behind a car that stopped suddenly, causing him to swerve to avoid it. David then headed straight into oncoming traffic and slammed into a car going in the opposite direction. Paramedics quickly arrived on the scene. David Arquette on the ground after the car accident. [Photo: TMZ] The actor way to Burbank airport to board a private jet which was going to Las Vegas, for the grand opening of Sugar Factory, a candy store at the Paris Hotel. He was supposed to attend a party hosted by Kim Kardashian . That was not to be, as he was taken away by ambulance. A little bit later, officials said the drivers of both vehicles suffered minor to moderate injuries. Good news, in many respects, considering how bad a head-on crash could’ve been for Arquette and the other driver. We wish him a fast, full recovery.
