He’s been keeping his distance from the mother of his unborn child until the drama subsides; she has settled her divorce as of last week, reportedly. The X Factor judge, 53, nonetheless calls Lauren Silverman “a very special girl” and adds that “Things are changing in my life right now for the better.” A famous bachelor for many years, Cowell is certainly singing a different tune these days.
