If you’re looking for some new vibes to kick back to, you’re in luck. Having teased fans with the tracks, “ 260 ” and “ Summertime Grind ,” Paper Paulk has just dropped two new releases: Fresh Vibes Sixteen mixtape and the visual to a brand new single, “Vows”. Inspired by the Boaz Yakin film, “Fresh” (1994), Paulk’s mixtape intricately weaves the movie’s sound bites and storylines with his own personal tales. It’s a “fresh” cross-genre spin on a throwback classic. Devin “Paper” Paulk, 27, has garnered a reputation as an honest, outspoken and passionate emcee. Finding influence in such hip-hop greats as Jay Z, Nas and Big L, the Cleveland native takes pride in lyrical quality. Clinging to his gift for music and poetry, Paulk dropped out of college with the hopes of making a full-time career out of music. Fans will remember, “Summertime Grind”—the first visual off of the Fresh Vibes Sixteen mixtape. A smooth twist on Fresh Prince’s “Summertime,” the E.N.O.N. produced-track blends Paulk’s signature sound with singer, Cheri Coke’s sultry vocals. He has gained attention from a number of respected artists; earning a spot on Machine Gun Kelly’s EST FEST , and securing a guest appearance on his debut EP, POWER , from Pusha T .
