Registration: At exactly Three O’clock the 2008 Miss Florida USA Pageant officially began with delegate registration. The Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa on Hollywood Beach greeted the forty eight delegates competing for the title. The Great Hall Convention Center Lobby provided the background of fifty foot frozen palms to greet our ladies.
