Because there’s nothing like a great wardrobe malfunction to close out the week (or any day of the week, really), here’s one my favorite hot British nobodies Kimberley Garner and her dress fighting a losing battle against the wind. So thanks Mother Nature for doing what pervs like me have wished they could do for years: hike up Kimberley’s dress to get a look underneath without getting slapped with a restraining order afterwards.
