From Hollywood, the beauty pageant capital of Florida, we present the crowning of the 2009 Miss Florida Teen USA! Congratulations to our newest titleholder Kayla Collier, Miss Treasure Coast Teen USA and her court of Victoria Woods (Tallahassee), Anh Do (Jupiter), Natalie Gonzalez (Gainesville) and Shanice Wilson (Boca Raton). Now it’s onto next years pursuit of the title.
