Murali was born on 25 May 1954 in Kudavattoor, Kollam, Kerala State, India. He was acted in more than 200 films (30-year career) in south Indian languages, apart from dabbling in Hindi too. Last week he had just come back from Cape Town in South Africa, where he was shooting for Tamil actor Surya’s Aadhavan, directed by K.S Ravikumar and produced by Udayanidhi Stalin.
