I didn’t really think I was in the mood for some neon green breasts today, but that’s exactly what’s happening. Here’s Katy Perry at the Kids Choice Awards over the weekend in another terrible looking outfit. The chick is hot, she’s got some awesome big breasts and yet she heads out in stupid costume like this? Not cool. That being said, I kind of like the silly hairdo, she looks like she should be a stripper from the eighties…. Not the actual eighties, but a porn movie about the eighties. Hot.
