Jodie Sweetin got THE BEST SURPRISE gift at her 29th birthday party in Los Angeles Tuesday night – an engagement ring from Morty Coyle! The actress’ boyfriend and the father of her baby daughter Beatrix proposed to her in front of all their party guests at the Kibitz Room in L.A. “It was a complete surprise,” Sweetin said . “We are thrilled and I am in shock still!” EVEN MORE FULL HOUSE : Jodie and Morty are making it official! “I was glad that everybody was there,” she says. “People videotaped it, it was great.
