A North Carolina Baptist church plans to go ahead with a Halloween celebration that will center around the burning of bibles and other books, even though the event will be illegal. The Amazing Grace Baptist Church will be subject to a $25,000 fine for violating open burning laws, yet Pastor Marc Grizzard says the event will go forward.
