In Wisconsin, Palin-backed Sean Duffy — an ex-district attorney and castmate in MTV's “The Real World” — handily won the Republican primary Tuesday for a U.S. House seat. And in New York, Michael Grimm defeated his opponent in the Republican primary for a House seat representing Staten Island.
