The Rancho Cordova Police and Sacramento County Sheriff deputies were called in Thursday to deal with an elderly gentleman who was scrubbing down his vehicle in his birthday suit. When they approached, he grabbed an umbrella in self-defense and tried to use bug spray on the officers.
