(excerpt) Israeli special forces; yesterday in the pre-dawn descended from helicopter and onto a boat carrying peace activists and supply’s to Gaza. What took place after they landed on the boat is disputed by both the Israeli military and the activists. Israel has had Gaza blockaded by land and sea since the 2007 hamas terrorist group political takeover. More recently ships filled with supplies and activists have been trying to reach Gaza from Turkey. Israel had issued statements and warnings to both the ship in question and all flotillas trying to reach Gaza, saying “you will not be allowed to reach the shore”. added by: Colin_McCabe
