Derek Jeter, 38, who is known for his physical fitness, was spotted Thursday on South Beach, with some extra pounds on his frame, perhaps due to his inability to put weight on his left foot while his ankle heals from a break incurred in Game 1 of the American League Championship Series against the Detroit Tigers, the New York Post reported Friday.
