The daughter of Fox News contributor Sarah Palin announced the major life news on Instagram today, using her allegedly foul mouth to kiss fiance Dakota Meyer in an adorable picture of the newly-betrothed couple. “Truly the luckiest girl in the world, cannot wait to marry this man!!!!” Palin wrote as a caption to the image, quickly adding one later of her new engagement ring: Dakota Meyer is a U.S. Marine veteran who received the Medal of Honor in 2009. “I’m definitely the luckiest guy ever to be able to spend the rest of my life with @bsmp2,” the 26-year-old wrote himself on Instagram, adding simply: “#shesaidyes.” Bristol, of course, rose to national prominence when her mom was added to John McCain’s Presidential ticket in 2008. Only 18 at the time, Bristol was unmarried and pregnant with the baby of Johnston, to whom she was engaged before the couple split for good in 2010. They have a six-year old son named Tripp together.
